Assembly district 32 is one of only seven assembly districts that are Multi- County. While 90% of its populations lives in Washoe County – taking in Urban Spanish Springs and Rural Sliver Knolls – 10% of the population resides in Humboldt and Lander County, including Winnemucca and Battle Mountain. Because district 32 is so diverse, great care must be given by the individual that represents it to assure that both the rural and urban issues are addressed.

Assembly district 32 is Nevada' s fourth largest assembly district with over 38,000 people. The landscape of district 32 is just as diverse as the people that live within its borders. With such natural Nevada Wonders as Knott Creek, Blackrock Desert and Fly Geyser District 32 is one of Nevada' s most unique assembly districts.
